He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron B. Millhollin and Thressa A. Millhollin (Brown); and his wife Ellen R. Millhollin (Jacobs). He is survived by: his sister Mylene Hanzelka (Millhollin); his children, Michael G. Millhollin, Jim R. Millhollin and Melissa A. Millhollin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer White, James Millhollin, William Millhollin, Emma Millhollin, Alex Millhollin, Ella Millhollin, Cortney Millhollin and Phelan Peck. He is also survived by his 10 Great Grandchildren.
