He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Coddington and Anna Coddington; his sister Lois Wakeman; and his brothers-in-law, Curtis Carkner, Robert Russell and Earl Wakeman.
He is survived by: his wife Lillias; his children, Anita Rohr (Jeff), L. Chester (Joy), David (Kim), Paul (Bonnie), Stephen (Ruth) and Daniel (Rhonda); his sister Jean Carkner; and his sibling's children, Ruth Mead (Larry), Judy Riegert and Bob Russell (Cathy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
