He is survived by: his daughter Holli Day Badgley (Thomas); his grandson Stephen Thomas Badgley (Kristyn); his great grandchild Walker Von; his brother Harty "Zeke" Rogers, Jr.; and his grandson Walker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
