He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Weems and Henry Banks. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Banks McKibben (Johnny); his grandson Ramon D. McKibben; and his siblings, Queen Oliver, John Robert Banks and Oliver Banks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
