He is survived by: his children, Wayne Cowart (Linda) of Flowery Branch, Dale Terwilliger of Buford, Marshall Cowart (Patricia) of Tallahassee, FL and Julie Toms (Paul) of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Keith Cowart (Kim), Jennifer Cowart, Bud Terwilliger (Mimi), Leigh Walker (Clint), Danae McBurney (Andy), Marissa Cowart (Eddie), Will Toms (Elizabeth) and Carson Toms; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Isabelle, Ada and Wyatt.
