With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marion Sanders of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on October 31, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Chrystine Kemp Sanders; his son Chuck Sanders; and his grandsons, Nicholas Yancey and Donald Sanders. He is survived by: his children, Kay Yancey (Jeff) of McDonough, Lucy Roper (Harold) of Covington, Marvin Sanders (Tammy) of McDonough and Cindy Hunsinger (Jim) of Heflin, AL; his grandchildren, Benjamin Sanders, Joshua Yancey (Kristi), Megan Yancey, Sean Yancey, Michael Roper, Matthew Roper (Samantha), Dakota Sanders, Alex Black (Chris Lopez), Nick Black, Ember Phillips, Will Sanders and Sharlene Hunsinger; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Mila and Madison.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Kelley Presbyterian Church, 3637 Airline Road, McDonough, GA 30252 in memory of Mr. Marion "Sandy" Sanders.
