She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald L. Cox and Bernice Bradley Cox; her husband Billy A. Powell of McDonough, Georgia; her son James W. Powell (Billy); and her sister Elizabeth Evans of Orlando, Florida..
She is survived by: her sisters, Geraldine Saulsbury of Orlando, FL and Patsy Stalcup of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
