He was predeceased by: his father Modesto Milan, Sr.; and his brother Arthur Milan. He is survived by: his wife Frances Milan; his mother Hilda Milan; his children, Karen Milan, Michael (Janine Milan) and Jennifer (Amado Garcia); his grandchildren, Tiara Payne, Alex Payne, Jonathan Garcia and Gianna Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Payne, Amiya Payne and Ava Payne.
