She is survived by: her husband Louie Carlton Cowart; her children, Wayne Cowart (Linda), Dale Terwilliger, Marshall Cowart (Patricia) and Julie Toms (Paul); her sister Frances Moye; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Williamson and Nanci Davis. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
