She was predeceased by: her parents, Comer Wells and DeDe Wells; her husband Palmer Tilton Higgins; and her brother Buddy Wells. She is survived by: her daughter April Burnfin (Neil); her grandchildren, Jackson Palmer Burnfin and Jenna Leigh Burnfin; her sister Joan Dunn; and her sister-in-law MaryEtta Wells.
