He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Barefoot and Lillie McGehee Barefoot; his wife Ruby Jane Register Barefoot; his brothers, Charles Barefoot and Henry Barefoot; his children, David Barefoot (Rhonda) of McDonough, Donna Hollowell (Tim) of Covington and Karen Oglesby (Eric) of Locust Grove; his sister Essie Mae Pipkin of Warner Robins; and his grandchildren, Justin, Amber Woodliff, Brett Barefoot, Pamela, Chris Hopper, Dana Barefoot and Amanda Bowman. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
