He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kelley; his children, Arleen Nixon (Allen) of Riverdale, Barry Kelley (Nancy) of Temple and Terry Kelley (Robin) of McDonough; his grandchildren, Tonya English (Eric) of Temple, Paul Nuckols (Kesha) of Riverdale, Jeff Kelley (Skyla) of Villa Rica and Jarrett Kelley of McDonough; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Gracie, Ashlyn, Adalyn and Elijah; his sister Ruth Adkinson (Billy) of Oxford; his stepgrandchildren, Chris McElhannon (Jen) of McDonough, Jacob Scott of Locust Grove and Wendie Scott of Locust Grove; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aidan, Alex, Jace, Blake, Ashton, Halie and Noah.
