She is survived by: her sons, Paul Creasey (Kim) of McDonough, Sean Creasey (Teresa) of Florida and Lance Waugh of McDonough; her granddaughters, Alyssa Tant (Ricky) of McDonough, Ashley Wallace, Megan Creasey and Tatumn Waugh; her great grandchild Ariel Tant; and her siblings, Terry Blaylock of West Virginia, Patty Spalding (Larry) of West Virginia and Pam George (Dennis) of West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
