He is survived by: his wife Dr. Karen Carnes-Hamlin of McDonough; his stepdaughter Krista Stuckey of McDonough; his stepgranddaughter Reagan Rogers of Tampa; and his sister-in-law Carol Hamlin of Dothan, Alabama..
