He is survived by: his wife Janice Mathews; his children, Kelley, Charles Miller, Amy, Kevin Paul, Holly and David LaVecchia; his grandchildren, Rachel, Trey Hartman, Rebecca, Collin Hamby, Regan Paul, Steven, Taylor Watkins, Joshua Driskell, Caleb Driskell, Hunter Driskell, Hannah Driskell, Hayden LaVecchia and Livee LaVecchia; his great grandchildren, Harper Watkins and Alana Watkins; his brother-in-law Tim Clark; his sibling's children, Kaitlin Smith (Keith) and Trevor Clark (Chelsea); and his great-nephews, Turner Clark, Clark Smith and Evan Smith.
