It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Hughes (McDonough, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Argo Hughes and Mary Francis Davis; his wife Linda Hornsby; his sisters, Grace Dunson and Betty Bensing; his daughters, Dorrie Hughes of Newnan, Susan Shull of Buford and Sandy Hughes of Hampton; and his sister Nancy Garner of Locust Grove.
