He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garman and Roberta Jean Garman. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Garman; his children, Allie Garman of Atlanta and Emily Garman of Athens; his siblings, Gina Wells of Warner Robins, Dave Martens (Tiffany) of Perry and Wendy Collins (Scotty) of Griffin; his close friend Max; and his pets, Marley, Lily and Oscar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
