It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Ann Perkins of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Wortham and Emma Wortham; her husband Arlen; and her daughter Cheryl Cantrell. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Perkins of Tampa, FL and Jeff Perkins of Mansfield, GA.; and her brothers, Weyman Culp of Greensboro, GA., George Mayger of Ft. Walton, FL. and David Mayger of Latrobe, PA.. She is also survived by other family members include six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
