It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Phillips (McDonough, Georgia), born in Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on August 30, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Audrey Allen Leggett and Doris Allen; and her sons, Mark Coleman Phillips and Michael Blake Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Phillips (Deborah), Pamela Griffith, Christopher Phillips (Cathy), Steven Phillips (Julie) and Paige Bright (Tony); her grandchildren, Matthew Griffith, Heather Barrett, Samuel Phillips (Katie), Ashley Watkins (Clay), Logan Phillips, Christy Phillips, Daniel Phillips, Amanda Phillips, Anna Phillips, Melody Bright and Aaron Bright; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Barrett, Savannah Griffith and Cole Watkins.
