He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McCoy and Carolyn Whitmore McCoy; and his wife Edna Arline Haygood McCoy. He is survived by: his children, Dexter McCoy (Donna) of Forest Park, Sharon Hall (Dave) of McDonough, Wendy Helton (Randy) of Fayetteville, Gary McCoy (Shelby) of Jackson, GA, Larry McCoy (Carla) of Huntington, Cheri McCoy of McDonough, Georgia and Darline McCoy (Eileen Leary) of Forsyth; and his siblings, Archie McCoy (Sue) of Jacksonville, Jean Willis of Huntington, Shirley Mae of Ohio, Linda Smith of Jacksonville, Jim McCoy of Jacksonville and Fred McCoy of Lansing, Michigan.. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
