He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shirley Elliott and Leaman Crumbley Elliott; and his siblings, Margie Cook, Charles Elliott, Joan McEntyre and Jimmy Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elliott; his children, John Elliott (Deanne) and Laura Beth Bomar (Bob); his grandchildren, Amanda Lewis (Lee), Sarah Beth Bomar and John Mark Elliott; and his great grandchild Leighton Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
