He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine C. Starnes and James W. Starnes; and his sister Ann Guidry. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Louis Starnes (Christa) of Hubert, NC, Michael Starnes (Christy) of Tyler, TX and Gina McConnell (David) of McDonough; his grandchildren, Ashley Starnes of Hubert, NC, Abby Starnes of Hubert, NC, Sean Starnes of Tyler, TX, Kyla Starnes of Tyler, TX, Hailey Starnes of Tyler, TX and Kimberly Smith of McDonough; his great grandchildren, Kyle Austin and Marcus Austin; and his brothers, Jimmy Starnes of Destin, FL, Andrew Starnes of Acworth, GA and Johnny Starnes of Ft. Payne, AL.
