She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Dunn and Edsel Dunn of Meansville, GA.; her husband Jerry Hammond; her daughter Kelli Hammond; her brothers, Larry Dunn and Dwayne Dunn; and her brother-in-law Randy Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Lori and Tim Hammond of Zebulon; her son-in-law Charlie Wells of Molena; her grandsons, Jeffrey Hammond, Dalton Hammond and Dusty Wells; and her sister Rosemary Carter of Zebulon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
