With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Pedro Lozano Garibay of Meigs, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Lozano Acevedo and Julio Garibay. He is survived by: his wife Sara Garcia Garibay; his children, Pedro Garibay, Jr. (Josephine), Margie Hoaglin (Vince), Melissa Cruz (Juan) and Lily Smiley (Darren); and his brother Tony Acevedo. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788).
