He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Warren and Annette Bazemore. He is survived by: his family Georgia; and his children, Kathy Warren (Luigi), Kimberly Warren (Mark) and Kerry Warren (Heather). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
