He is survived by: his son Jeremy Johnson (Megan) of Stillmore, GA.; his wife Wanda Sue Collins Johnson of Stillmore; his daughter Mechelle Bates (Keith); his grandsons, Collin Johnson and Tyler Bates (Josie) of Stillmore Ga; his great grandchild Tyleigh Bates of Stillmore Ga; and his brothers, Mike Johnson (Billie) and Billy Johnson of Claxton.
