He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Susan Usry; his parents, Joe Usry and Polly Usry; and his brothers, Joe Steven Usry Sr. and Mickey Littleton Usry Sr..
He is survived by: his close friend Deannie Bowen Jones Marsh; his children, Larry R Usry Jr. "Bubba" and Georgia Anne Hozey "Tom"; his grandchildren, Madison Hozey and Silas Hozey; and his siblings, Earl Franklin Usry Sr., Betty Strub "Bob", Dorothy Barron "George" and Linda Mongold. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
