She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon Dowd and Ethel Collins Dowd; her husband Vinson Meeks of Metter; her children, Vicky Street (Doug) of Midway and Randy Meeks (Edna) of Savannah; and her grandchildren, Douglas Street, Chad Street, Melissa Browning, Randy Meeks, Jr., Michelle Lovett, Deanna Draper and Sherri Kerzan. She was also cherished by several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
