He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Tillman; his children, Tara Tillman, Ollie Tillman Jr., Travis Gardner (Shalonda) and Emmanuel Tillman; his grandchildren, Ayana Gardner, Austin Gardner and Autumn Gardner; his brother Curtis Tillman (Ann); his nieces, Lisa McEachern and Leigh Ann Tillman; his aunt Mildred Scott; and his cousin Nadine Brown. He is also survived by great nieces and nephew, cousins, and friends.
