She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Coglin and Marie Greenway Coglin. She is survived by : her children, Santana Mincey of Midville, GA. and Dustin Carter (Heather) of Bartow, GA.; her sisters, Mary Alexander of Juliette, GA, Joyce Coglin of Midville, GA and Linda Saunders (Horace) of Midville, GA.; and her grandchildren, Damien Mincey, Danielle Mincey, Saniah Mincey, Diesel Carter, Memphis Carter, Malaya Carter and June Carter.
