She was predeceased by : her mother Irma Ruth Hawkins; her sister Nesta Ruth Hawkins; and her daughter Amy Ruth Stephens. She is survived by : her husband Tommy Stephens of Midville; her children, Rusty Stephens of Millen, Stacie Burch (Josh) of Midville and Glen Stephens (Sheila) of Lincoln, AL; her grandchildren, Preston Stephens, Logan Stephens, Judson Burch and Natalie Burch; and her brother Thomas Hawkins of Dallas, GA.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
