He was predeceased by: his father Otis Woods Bloodworth. He is survived by: his mother Ann H. Bloodworth of Milledgeville; his wife Donna Bloodworth of Milledgeville; his children, Forrest Bloodworth (Brittany) of Gray, Brittany Bryant (Corey) of Milledgeville and Kayla Bloodworth of Milledgeville; his siblings, Shannon Bloodworth, Lisa Bloodworth of Milledgeville and Tanya Bailey of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Chloe Bloodworth of Gray and Brooke Bloodworth of Gray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Freedom Church (500 Underwood Rd, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
