He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Mack Turner and Annie Mary Johnson Turner; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lindsey, Frank Turner and Jasper Turner.

He is survived by: his son Kenneth Hodges of Eatonton; his sister Linda H. Brantley of Oconee; his grandchildren, Elise Hodges, Kaydence Hodges and Kenneth Hodges, Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Heather Garner-Hodges. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
