He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carnes and Eugenia Clay Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Connie Carnes of Sparta; and his sisters, Susan Burgamy (Terry) of Macon and Janice Ballew (Larry) of Milledgeville.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Moores Funeral Home & Crematory (301 S Wayne St, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
