Ratliff; his son Jeffery Ratliff (Cynthia) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; his stepchildren, John Bland (Mary) of Spartanburg, SC, Brian Bland and Savannah; his sister Alice Walch of Moss Point, Mississippi; his grandsons, Hunter Ratliff, Eli Bishop, Garrett Shouse and Slay Shouse; and his stepgrandchildren, Laurel Bland, Bryant Bland, Lindsay Jackson, Jessie Bland, Nic Bland (Mykayla) and Megan Foster (Mike). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
