He was predeceased by : his parents, Ed Carlisle and Allene Jordan Mitchell; his son Michael Carlisle; his grandchild Regan Cowart; and his brothers, Danny Carlisle, Michael Carlisle and Allen Carlisle.
He is survived by : his wife Judy Carlisle of Milledgeville; his children, Haley Pullen (Tom) of Milledgeville, Rebecca Carlisle of Euharlee, GA and Jimmy Carlisle of Gordon; his stepchildren, Tara Walker (John) of Milledgeville and Adam Cowart (Alicia) of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Oakley, Triston, Jimmy Jr., Kaleb, Emily, Madalyn and Gracelyn.
