He is survived by: his wife Martha Sanders Garrett; his children, Stacey Elliott (Wade) of Ivey and Kelly Garrett (Brittany) of Milledgeville; his sister Betty Faye Corley Governdale; his grandchildren, Bobby Elliott, McKenzie Hartley of Jones County, Emma Bare of Milledgeville and Braxton Stoops of Winder; and his great grandchildren, Westin Hartley and Wrenlee Hartley.
