With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Howard Bailey of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Howard Bailey to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Bailey and Bertha Mull Bailey. He is survived by : his wife Lillian Harper Bailey; his children, James C. (Teresa Bailey), Jerry L. (Cindy Bailey), David M. (Sharon Bailey), Donald H. Bailey (Lisa J. Bailey Taylor) of McCaysville, GA and Todd Taylor of Blue Ridge, GA; and his sister Barbara Jean Henson of Conyers, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, a private service is being planned with interment following in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.

For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Salem #2 Baptist Church at 51 Salem Dr. Mineral Bluff, GA 30559.
