It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Lynell Wishart of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James Arthur Flowers and Shirley Ann Dalton Flowers; her husband Doug Wishart of Mineral Bluff, GA; her children, Kevin Wishart and Cherie Wishart of Mineral Bluff, GA.; her siblings, Howard Flowers of Mineral Bluff, GA, Robert (Charlotte Flowers) of Mineral Bluff, GA, Joe Flowers of Mineral Bluff, GA, Jamie (Cindy Flowers), Heath (Pamella Flowers), Randy (Sheila Clore) and Evelyn Flowers of Mineral Bluff, GA; and her granddaughters, Chloe and Caroline Wishart.
