He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Stanley and Philip Gillespie; and his wife Nancy Bacon Stanley. He is survived by: his son Scott Stanley (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Chris, Maddie, Ellie, Ben and Wright.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carmichael Funeral Home - Smyrna (2950 King St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kennesaw Memorial Park (1306 Whitlock Ave SW, Marietta, GA 30064).
