He was predeceased by : his parents, Malvin E. Stephens and Holly J. Stephens. He is survived by : his wife Juatassa C. Stephens; his children, Stewart W. Stephens (Sheelina) of Covington, Jana M. Powell (Keith) of Monticello and Shaye Ellison (Raymond) of Newborn; his grandchildren, Astin Stephens, Aniston Stephens, Ethan Powell, Torie May, Aaron Stephens, Carter Ellison and Brock Ellison; his sister Debra Frey of Cartersville; and his brother-in-law Keith Culpepper of Dallas, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous other family members and close friends.
