He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall and Shirley Davis Hall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee Simmons Hall of Moultrie; and his children, Donnie C. Hall Jr. (Kellie) of Albany, Melody Deal (Randy) of Moultrie, Selena Redmond of Moultrie and Tonya Prince of Oklahoma. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
