He is survived by: his mother Joyce Crosby Hall of Moultrie; his wife Lisa Marie Billings Hall of Moultrie; his son Kittsen Hall (Emily) of Waycross, GA; his stepsons, Edward Billings (Kimberly) of Moultrie, Beau Billings (Nikki) of Moultrie and Sean Mercer of Yulee, FL; and his sister Judy Goff (Danny) of Hawkinsville, GA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews and other family members.
