It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley David Courtney (Moultrie, Georgia), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Elizabeth Tucker Courtney of Moultrie and John Wendell Courtney; his wife Sandra Lee Baker Courtney of Moultrie; his son Christopher Courtney of Moultrie; his stepchildren, Shawn McElhattan of Warren, Scott McElhattan of Moultrie and Ashley Burton of Moultrie; and his siblings, John Wendell Courtney, Jr. of Moultrie, Jerry Bruce Courtney (Nancy, Ronnie Allen), Terry Courtney and Brenda Lee Vasquez of Tampa. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
