He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Murphy, Jr. and Grace Adkins Murphy. He is survived by: his brothers, Randy Murphy (Sandra) of Gainesville, GA and James Louis Murphy (Dianne) of New Harmony, UT; and his siblings' children, Tina Fuller of Gainesville, GA, Mindy Fuller (Clay) of Marietta and Brett Fuller (Lori) of Marietta.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Meals On Wheels Program C/O Southwest GA Community Council, INC.
