He was predeceased by : his parents, William Howard Foy, Sr. and Madeline Foy; and his stepmother Peggy Foy. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Kaye Unwin Foy of Moultrie; his children, Belinda Ward (Mike) of Hamilton, GA, Reeves Foy (Suzanne) of Moultrie and Robert Foy (Linda) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Courtney Foy Edwards (Davis), Paulk Foy (MarLeigh), Catherine Foy, Ethan Foy, Harrison Henry Howard Ward and Hayden Michael Ward; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Grace Edwards, John Davis Edwards and Emerson Leigh Foy. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
