He is survived by : his daughter Rhiannon Phillips of Atlanta; his parents, Carol Joyce of Mt and Joe Phillips (Kay) of Douglasville; his sister Joanna Mock (Don) of Ailey; his grandson Harvey Griggs of Atlanta; his nephew Tye Lewis of Ailey; and also Vernon.
