He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roberson and Myrtice Kirkland Roberson; and his brother Clayton Edward Durden. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Lee Roberson of Nahunta; his stepchildren, Ryan South (Sarah) of Hoboken and Christina Rentz of Jesup; his stepgrandchildren, Cannon South, Claudia South, Riley South, Morgan Rentz and Abel Hartmann; his siblings, Lawton "Bubba" Durden (Teresa), Marquita "Fancy" VanKirk (John) of Arizona, Sabra Rogers Hardy (Bert) of Nahunta and Angela Crews (Mitchell) of Hortense; his stepmother Eleanor Roberson of Hortense; and his aunt Jeanette Thrower of Brunswick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
