It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Murray Hendrix (Nahunta, Georgia), born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Clarence and Johnnie Ruth Ricketson Murray; and her brother Lawrence Murray. She is survived by: her sons, Marty Hendrix (Angela Mock) of Hickox, Kelly Dean Hendrix (Nykki) of Hickox, Joseph Nelson Hendrix (Jody) of Yulee, FL. and Chad Hendrix (Renee) of Hickox; her grandchildren, Easton Lee Williams, Timmy Hurst, Heather Mathie (Brian) and Kelly Ann; her sisters, Jeris Wright (Walt) of St. Simons and Joyce Douberly of Waycross; and her aunts, Inez McClendon of Rincon and Becky Fletcher of Douglas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. And a host of friends.
