He is survived by : his wife Genia Powell of Newborn; his children, Lesli Bernat (Frank, Jr) of Bogart, Jonny Powell of Shady Dale and Melanie Hilton (Todd) of Social Circle; his mother Susie Powell of Athens; his grandchildren, Connor, Rachel, Chey, Evan, Rebekah, Averi, Jack, Lucas and Bailey; and his siblings, Vicki Sorrow (Randy) of Rabun Gap, Susan Powell of Buford, Mike Powell (Anne) of Statham and Jim Powell (Jean) of Monroe.
